Spend the day with The Wild Kitchen, foraging to create a wild food feast.

Coastal Gourmet Foraging Days

You’ll explore and forage from the ancient Smuggler’s highway to sun drenched beach paths overlooked by the White Cliffs. It all takes place near Deal, Kent, the ‘Garden of England’ where you will eat and learn how to identify edible wild plants and make them taste delicious. The food is frankly delicious, and it’s not surprising, Lucia has been foraging for 30 years has published a foraging cook book.

Woodland Gourmet Foraging Days

Learn about tree food: acorns and pine flour. After foraging in the woods near Canterbury, cook in the woodland kitchen on two open fires to prepare a feast to share in the shade of ancient trees. Cooking on the fire is an exceptional experience and your Bushcraft & Wild Food guides are two veterans in the field, Hannah Nicolls & Lucia Stuart.
