Join sound artist Paul Cheese at Sir Peter Blake Gallery, Dartford to experiment with sounds. Bring your own recordings on your phone or device and craft your own unique sounds. Enjoy triggering sounds through electric drums, keyboards, and sample pads as you embark on a journey of sonic discovery. Listen to the diverse soundscape of the Darent Valley captured by Paul during The Big Record: Darent Valley project.
The project is about finding sound, musicality and rhythm in unexpected places, paying attention to your immediate surroundings and looking deeper into the details, creating a sound portrait of the valley, creating a record of what it means to us all…
