Geodiversity Day 2025
Explore, experience, and engage with the unique geology that shapes our landscapes and communities.
- 20 Sep - 9 Oct 2025
- Folkestone
Geodiversity Day invites everyone to explore, experience, and connect with the landscapes, heritage, and living geology of the Kent Downs. This year’s theme, One Earth, Many Stories, highlights how the same chalk, clay, and coastal formations have shaped communities, inspired creativity, and fostered connections across generations. From performances to workshops and immersive walks, the day reveals the stories written in stone and in the lives of those who live alongside them.
