Boots on Adventure: Elham Valley Walk
Nestled in the picturesque Kent Downs National Landscape, this walk will take you through charming woodlands, allowing you to appreciate the stunning vistas along the valley. Along the route, explore the local churches at Paddlesworth, Lyminge, and Elham, while enjoying fantastic views, especially towards the north from Mill Down. When the walk finishes, if you are not in a hurry, you can stop at one of the welcoming local pubs.

Meet Ian at the Village Square car park in Elham, The Square, CT4 6TJ at 09:15 for a 09:30am prompt start. There are a few spaces available in the Village Square, you will also find on road parking along the High Street but please park responsibly.
Meeting time – 9:15am ready for a 09:30am prompt start.
Terrain – The route includes some inclines and declines along the Elham Valley Distance – approximately 12.5 km ( 7.5 miles)

BYO picnic lunch at around mid-day.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly and will go on a lead when required such as entering fields of livestock.
