Join the Folkestone Museum who will be exploring our ancient seas through a week of family activities.
Fossils of creatures who lived in the deep millions of years ago have been found at the Folkestone Warren. Come and see them in our fossil display during your visit to the museum!
On the 29th and 30th of July, they will be making creatures to add to a Cretaceous Sea Collage.
On the 31st of July and 1st of August, they will make a megalodon hat.
The Ancient Seas family activities are designed for children and young people under 13.
Folkestone Museum will run four activity sessions a day at 10:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 14:30.
When you arrive at the museum before your chosen session, please pick up your FREE timed ticket at the main reception desk!
Tickets are first come, first served on the day – no advance booking.
