The Putting Down Routes team and project partner Wild With Wheels are delighted to invite you to join us in Dover to for a seaside and river stroll around the town.
We will meet at Dover Leisure Centre carpark and from there take a tour along the North Downs Way, where we can spot orchids close by in the grass verge. We will then head along the North Downs Way into Connaught Park where we can relax and admire the landscaping, and then return back the same way we came.
The route is a linear, for about 4 miles, depending on the pace of the group, so allow a little extra time just in case we take a little longer.
Our North Downs Way Ambassador will also share the history of Dover and the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
