Founded in 2012 by Lucia Stuart, foraging expert and innovative chef based in Deal, The Wild Kitchen’s Woodland ‘Forage & Fire’ Experiences & Coastal Foraging Adventures are unique and have attracted hundreds of visitors from all over the country, North America and Europe.

Gather edible food to enjoy in dishes cooked to a high standard over the fire with other like minded dinners – foraging with an outdoor wilderness restaurant.

During the five hours, visitors experience many aspects of the Kent Downs; the geographical characteristics creating specific delicious fresh natural food and the importance of the soil and seasons for producing the exceptional food that we eat.
