Join us for a beautiful spring, birdsong-filled morning
As the songbird breeding season begins to peak, now is the perfect time to tune your ears to their love songs. Enjoy the very best the spring season has to offer! Guided by a local ecologist and bird expert (and occasional bird mimic!) Tom Forward, you will explore the woodlands, hedgerows, and waterways of the Bore Place estate in search of the birds that call this place home. Tom will help you to identify and learn the different songs of our resident birds, tuning you in to the sounds of your garden and local area.
What to wear/bring
- Dress for the weather
- Sturdy boots are essential, such as wellies or walking boots
- Bring a flask to enjoy a warm drink at a picturesque viewpoint
- Please bring binoculars if you have them
