Designed to help our attendees interact with the world we live in as we were designed to do, we offer guided hikes through the Kent Downs National Landscape or within 5km of the North Downs Way!

This unique experience connects you with nature, creativity, heritage, and wellbeing, while walking through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the country.
Let your senses be awakened with a guided walk, designed to help you interact with the world. Experiencing the outdoor world in this way enables your mind to establish a deeper connection than passing photo opportunities; with every moment leaving its own impression. When we go outdoors our bodies automatically take a breath of fresh air. Our bodies remember even if our minds do not.
Over the course of 3-4 hours, your guide will impart extensive knowledge of the surrounding countryside. Within a framing of natural history and a little philosophy, you will have the tools to consider the world in a slightly ‘different’ way. Enrich your walks through nature forever more, giving you the skills to connect with nature and improve your mental wellbeing.
