Maria leads Roots & Ways, a series of guided walks along and around the North Downs Way. Her walks are designed to build connection to one another and nature, nurture mental wellbeing, and celebrate the landscapes, produce and culture of Kent. Each walk combines time in nature with mindful reflection and local insights.
