About:
Being of African and Caribbean heritage, it is important to me, that people of African and Caribbean heritage, take up more space in the UK’s natural landscapes. As such, I guide people of colour (18 years and older) back into nature, rebuilding our innate confidence to engage in physical activity, whilst improving physiological, mental and social health, as we help to redress the misconception that walking and hiking through British countrysides is not a pastime of ‘black people’.
