Join the Reserve Manager at Ranscombe Farm for a guided walk to explore some of the rare orchids and other spring wildflowers that make this nature reserve so special.

You’ll learn about the different species that grow here and how we manage the land to help them thrive. It’s a great chance to enjoy the beauty of the site and discover what makes it so important for conservation.

Booking is essential – places are limited to 30 participants.

The walk will start further into the reserve. Once everyone has met at the entrance, vehicle sharing will be needed to reach the start point.

Distance:
Just over 3km (just under 2 miles)

Route: Unmade paths with uneven ground, two fairly steep hills, no stiles. There will be frequent stops.

Accessibility: Suitable for people with a reasonable level of fitness. No prior experience needed.
