The Putting Down Routes team are delighted to invite you to join Muslim Hikers on this summer hike across the beautiful North Downs Way National Trail, walking from Wye to Canterbury through orchards, ancient woodland and Kentish countryside. Enjoy open farmland, orchards, and an Iron Age hillfort. You’ll finish through Canterbury’s historic Westgate Towers, arriving at the iconic Cathedral. This event is part of Putting Down Routes – a collaborative project by the North Downs Way National Trail and Kent Downs National Landscape, aiming to welcome new and underrepresented communities to the trail and improve access for all. This Muslim Hikers event is priced at £5 per person (usual price £25).
