Shoreham Aircraft Museum
Shoreham Aircraft Museum is located in the beautiful village of Shoreham near Sevenoaks. It was founded in 1978 by local enthusiasts and is dedicated to commemorating the airmen who fought in the skies over southern England during the Second World War.
The museum features hundreds of aviation relics, including British and German aircraft parts recovered by the group from crash sites in the valley. The moving stories of the men who flew these dangerous missions are told through documents, letters, photographs and eye-witness accounts.
The Tea Room serves homemade cakes and refreshments which can be enjoyed in the large garden.
