37. Burham Down Nature Reserve

Burham Down Nature Reserve offers stunning views across the Weald of Kent. Made from two areas of chalk grassland, woodland and two disused chalk pits and managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust.

The chalk pits provide excellent shelter for birds, such as kestrels, in the winter and breeding sites in summer. Enjoy a picnic and catch sight of the grazing goats and sheep.
